FEATURES
Minni-Mac plugs are molded to cable to
form a one-piece construction. Receptacles are epoxied
into an anodized aluminum shell, with an electrical grade
epoxy, sealing off the device end. Plugs and cable resist
lubricating oil, cutting oil and most other petroleum
based fluids and hydraulic fluids. Plugs are furnished
with a metal friction ring between the coupler and the
collar preventing deterioration of the rubber and helps
to prevent pulling the plug through the coupler. Couplers
are dark anodized aluminum with a deep knurl for easy
tightening of the plug to the receptacle. Male pins have
a rubber collar molded at the base of each contact to
form a cork seal when units are plugged together. This
assures a dust-tight, liquid-tight fit while units are in
use. Dust caps can be provided to protect units that are
not in use.

APPLICATIONS
Provides quick disconnect for limit
switches, proximity switches, photoelectric cells, foot
switches, electrical read-out devices, electrically
operated valves and conveyor system controls. Used on
small motors and robotic controls. Minni-Mac Connectors
prevent costly downtime by allowing user to have
pre-wired devices on hand, thus eliminating expensive and
time consuming hard wiring while equipment is idle.

ELECTRICAL
CONSTRUCTION
Contacts are machined from solid brass and
GOLD plated and are crimped at the factory with a
specially designed die. SOOW cord and compound are a high
visibility yellow. Plugs and receptacles are keyed to
insure correct engagement. Male pins are recessed and
concealed until fully disengaged. Ground pin is extended
so that the ground is the first to engage and the last to
disengage, assuring an electrically safe connection.
